Mine was usually perfectionism. I'd keep waiting until I felt completely ready, which almost never happened, so I delayed everything. What helped was making tasks ridiculously small and giving myself permission to do an imperfect first attempt. I also started testing different
anti-procrastination apps to see which features actually matched the way I work instead of forcing myself into one system. I found that reminders alone weren't enough, but timers, simple task breakdowns, and blocking distracting websites during work sessions made a noticeable difference. I'm still not perfect, but now it's much easier to get started instead of spending half the day thinking about starting.
